Definitely off the beaten path and back in time, we travel the narrow winding roads of Maui’s northern coastline into Kahakuloa Valley. Here we have not only garnered the key to pass onto private property, but more importantly, an invitation to enter from this Hawaiian village where today’s residents mark many generations in caring for this land. We journey up the river valley and back into time where the privilege is all ours to visit with village residents. These Hawaiiana experts gladly share several of their cultural practices including taro farming, pounding poi (a local favorite food) and kapa (bark cloth) design. Are you one of those people that just can’t decide what to do because there are so many options, so you just decide to do it all? Yep, so are we, so we created this adventure just for you. Imagine this:

First your private helicopter will fly you to Haleakala Crater for a bird’s eye view of this geological wonder. We will make sure you get plenty of pictures before continuing to the rainforests and waterfalls that made Hana famous. The combination of these two is one of our favorites!

After your flight we will touch down in Hana to meet up with your guides waiting with a continental breakfast and fresh ground coffee to sip on while they brief you on the rest of the day.

By now you will probably be getting hungry so we will enjoy a picnic lunch before we head out on a 5 mile round trip hike into Ohe o ka po (the bamboo of the night) to stretch the legs, view some amazing waterfalls, giant bamboo forests and maybe even take a little swim. Of course, after the hike we will have cold drinks and snacks waiting back at your chariot while you enjoy viewing several more climate zones on the drive home.

Begin your day with a private escort to your Helicopter waiting to whisk you off for an adventure you’ll talk about for the rest of your life.

Your private helicopter will fly you across the au’au’ channel to view the world famous tropical waterfalls and rain forests of Molokai and then across the ocean to the remote island of Lanai. After you descend from the heavens for a remote touch down your guides will be waiting with a continental breakfast and fresh coffee to sip on while you enjoy a four-wheel drive journey through a “painted desert” called the Garden of the Gods.

Your journey will take you to the quaint little town of Lanai City where your chef will have a scrumptious luncheon waiting in a private dining room at The Lodge at Koele. After you have enjoyed lunch and drinks we will have a guest room available to freshen up before your drive to Manele Bay where your private sailboat is waiting to sail you back to Maui. Along the way we will search for dolphins and whales while you relax and get a little sun or even stop for some crystal clear snorkeling if you like. It’s your day and you are “the captain”…
